What happens?
|
We all like coming to Guides because its a fun night, where you can get away from your homework, meet friends and play games like softball, dodgeball, sardines and other games. Guides gives us chances to go on camp and sleepovers in the church hall, make new friends and just enjoy ourselves. Here are are some of the things we've said:
"I liked my first camp. It was fun. I liked the camp fire and the singing"

"I liked my first camp. It was good fun because I got to sleep in a tent with my friends for the very
first time.I also enjoyed the spa evening with the foot spa and facials. I get a lot out of Guides
and I like the time I spend with my friends"

"I like coming to Guides because it gives us time to see other people and also to meet new people. We get to do all sorts of things like playing games and cooking different things like pizza, buns, flapjack, etc - but the best thing we all like using and eating is chocolate! Guides also lets us have fun on an evening; we go out sometimes to the park to play rounders, cricket and other ourdoor games. We also make fires and cook sausages on them. We have a fab time at Guides and we are always welcoming new Guides. We all think the Guide motto should be WE LOVE CHOCOLATE!" -Dana
