Mums and Toddlers at Shipley Baptist
Mums and Toddlers is a relaxed and friendly group. Despite the name, we welcome all pre-school aged children and their parents and carers. The emphasis is on free play for the children, while adults can relax and chat.
We meet each Thursday, 1pm - 3pm, during term time.
The cost per child is 50p per week, with no charge for children under 6 months. 
This includes a drink and a choice of snack for the children, and coffee and cake for parents and carers. We believe mums deserve cake!
We have a good range of toys and equipment, which is varied each week. Older children can enjoy clambering on the climbing frame or walking on the balancing boards. There is always creative play, with craft, sand and water or playdough; and they can stretch their imaginations, dressing up, playing shop or having a tea party. Younger children and babies have a designated area, with a wide range of toys.
If you are arriving with a pushchair we recommend that you enter via the door off the carpark, to avoid a flight of stairs. The building does have disabled toilet and baby-changing facilities. Breastfeeding is always welcome.
